Honegar

Honegar is a blend of our Hampshire Honey and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, including the ‘mother’.

Honegar can be used in many ways.  As a tonic (in a little warm water) it combines he health benefits of both honey and apple cider vinegar and is said to help with arthritis, colds (antimicrobial properties), as a detoxifier and to aid digestion.
It also makes a great base for salad dressings and vinaigrettes as well as marinades for seafood or can be used in cocktails and hot toddys!
It doesn/t stop there…  Honegar can also be used as a hair conditioner, said to improve strength and shine.
We don’t guarantee any of the benefits, but we do know it tastes great in cooking!
